The OutlierU Promise: Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: To be eligible for the OutlierU Promise (Satisfaction Guarantee), participants must:

  • Complete the entire 10-week OutlierU program, including attending all workshops, participating in all group coaching sessions and completing all assigned activities.
  • Demonstrate 100% commitment to the program by actively engaging in all sessions, completing assignments and implementing all suggestions from the program and interacting with the OutlierU community.
  • Provide proof of having watched all educational content within the OutlierU Online Program.
  • Submit screenshots of their bank statements or other financial documentation associated with their business, verifying that they have not recouped their initial investment in the OutlierU Program / Documentary Series within the initial 10-week program period.

2. Additional Coaching:

  • Eligible participants will receive up to 8 additional coaching sessions with Andrew McCombe or a designated OutlierU coach over a two-month period following the initial 10-week program.
  • The format of coaching sessions (group or one-on-one and the length of the sessions) will be determined at the discretion of OutlierU, based on the participant’s needs and progress.
  • Coaching sessions will be scheduled based on mutual availability and agreement between the participant and the coach.
  • 24 Hours notice of cancellation of a coaching session is required. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of that session.

3. Content Ownership:

  • Participants will receive a license to use all content created for them during the OutlierU Program for their own business purposes.
  • OutlierU retains full ownership and all intellectual property rights to the OutlierU Documentary series, including any individual participant episodes and additional Outlier interviews with the participant.

4. Termination:

  • OutlierU reserves the right to terminate the additional coaching sessions if the participant fails to actively engage in the process, misses scheduled sessions without 24 hours prior notice, or demonstrates a lack of commitment to achieving their goals, or has managed to recoup their investment in the OutlierU Program and Documentary Series.

5. Liability:

  • OutlierU is not liable for any business outcomes or financial results achieved by participants. The program is designed to provide guidance, support and resources, but ultimately, the participant is responsible for their own success. The OutlierU Promise is an offer of goodwill to provide participants peace of mind before committing to the process but is not a guarantee of any results.

6. Dispute Resolution:

  • Any disputes arising from the OutlierU Promise or these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through good-faith negotiation and, if necessary, mediation or arbitration.

7. Modifications:

  • OutlierU reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes in writing.

While the OutlierU Promise is not a guarantee of specific results, it demonstrates our unwavering commitment to your success and our belief in your potential to achieve extraordinary things.
